3.1. (16) For Bucharest, when the lateral force method is used, for structures with the fundamental period of
vibration T1 between 1,4s and 1,6s, the dynamic amplification factor is amplified by 1,2.
I – Buildings with essential function, whose integrity during earthquakes is vital for civil protection, I,e=1,4
II – Buildings with major threat to public safety in case of collapse or severe damage, I,e=1,2
III- Normal buildings, I,e=1,0
